The Blue Elephant, a tropical blue cocktail. But elephants aren't blue at all, are they? No they are, but this cocktail is! Why the elephant is incorporated in its name, you can come up with many fun explanations but 'blue' is obvious!

Ingredients

For 2 persons

Pineapple juice: 30 ml ml
Blue curaçao: 15 ml ml
Lemon juice: 30 ml ml
Vodka: 30 ml ml

Preparation

Step 1 of 4
Take a cocktail shaker and put ice cubes in it.
Step 2 of 4
Add the vodka, Blue Curaçao, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Shake!
Step 3 of 4
Take a tumbler and put some ice cubes in it.
Step 4 of 4
Pour the cocktail through a strainer into the glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
