My Dear is an easy cocktail for your favorite sweetheart! It has a slightly sweet taste, is nice and sparkling and is ready in no time! In this recipe we use tonic, but if you can also use sparkling water if desired.

- Speckie
- 40 ml
- Vodka
- 20 ml
- Tonic
- 100 ml
Preparation

Grab a longdrink glass and put a few ice cubes in it.

Add the Speckie and vodka and stir briefly.

Add the tonic (or sparkling water) and garnish with a 'spekje'.
