Green Monkey
The Green Monkey is a tropical cocktail with a green colour. We make it with Pisang Ambon, Blue Curaçao, orange juice and cream in a cocktail shaker.

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Blue curaçao
- 40 ml
- Cream
- 20 ml
- Orange juice
- 80 ml
- Pisang Ambon
- 40 ml
Preparation

Step 1 of 4
Take a cocktail shaker and put ice cubes in it.

Add all ingredients and shake briskly!

Take a long drink glass, put some ice cubes in it and pour the cocktail through a strainer into it.

Garnish with a slice of orange.
