Drink together cocktails and European Championship cocktailsEveryone knows Radler as the German drink so popular in the summer months, but how fun is it to make it yourself! It consists of half beer, and half lemonade. So it's a kind of soft drink with alcohol. We made it with hefeweizen beer, which is a different type of beer than white beer. Try it yourself as a variation on a cold wine! Note: the ingredients below are based on making a large bowl/jug and is therefore for several people!

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Sparkling water
- 500 ml
- Lemon
- 2.5 piece
- Sugar
- 75 gr
- Franziskaner wheat beer
- 500 ml
Preparation

Take a large bowl and squeeze the 5 lemons into this. Also add the halves themselves and the sugar.

Before proceeding, wash your hands thoroughly! Then knead together the juice with the sugar and the lemon halves. This way, you get the optimal flavour to your 'lemonade'!

Then take a clean jug/bowl and pour your mixture through a sieve into it.

Top it up with the sparkling water and beer. Make sure the sparkling water and beer are in equal amounts!

Stir briefly, garnish with lemon slices if necessary and enjoy!
