The Rum Fizz is a refreshing cocktail that also has a good taste of rum. We make this cocktail with white rum, which is a very popular liquor worldwide. You can drink it straight but it also lends itself well to mixing!

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Sparkling water
- 100 ml
- Lemon juice
- 30 ml
- Rum
- 45 ml
- Sugar syrup
- 20 ml
Preparation

Take a cocktail shaker and put some ice cubes in it.

Add the rum, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake!

Take a tumbler and put some ice cubes in it.

Pour the cocktail through a strainer into the glass.

Top up the glass with the sparkling water and garnish with a slice of lemon.
