New Year's Eve
New Year's Eve, the evening and night when we leave the current year behind us and usher in the New Year. So this evening is basically all about fun, fritters and apple turnovers, playing games, more good food, staying awake until at least midnight and champagne, of course! But why not make a cocktail with the champagne? We have put together a number of cocktails on this page, some of which can be made with champagne, but all of which are equally festive! Served in a flûte, of course.
