The Commodore Cocktail is a classic cocktail that tastes very nice and fruity, and looks fun too! Adding the egg white creates a nice layer of foam.

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Lemon juice
- 1 dashes
- Grenadine
- 1 dashes
- Sugar
- 0.5 tsp
- White rum
- 60 ml
- Eggwhite
- 1 pieces
- Raspberry liqueur
- 1 dashes
Preparation

Take a cocktail shaker and put some ice cubes in it.

Add the white rum, egg white and sugar. Then add a dash of raspberry liqueur, lemon juice and grenadine.

Shake well until the protein is fully incorporated.

Take a martini glass and pour the cocktail into it through a strainer.
