Fiji
The Fiji cocktail is a tropical-tasting cocktail. This is due to the coconut flavour of the Malibu and the banana liqueur. As a result, it tastes fruity, is not too strong and has a creamy finish due to the Baileys.

Ingredients

- Baileys
- 45 ml
- Banana cream liqueur
- 45 ml
- Malibu
- 45 ml
Preparation

Take a small glass and pour the banana liqueur first.

Take a bar spoon or teaspoon and pour in the Baileys via the back of the spoon. Pouring it in this way preserves the beautiful layers.

Also pour in the Malibu via the back of the spoon.
