This Passion Coke is a nice fruity and fizzy cocktail that will make you feel like you're in the tropics for a while! We make it directly in the glass with Jarritos Mexican Cola, among others.

For 2 persons

Lime juice: 15 ml ml
Mint: 2 sprig sprigs
Passion fruit: 1 piece pieces
Jarritos Mexican Cola: 200 ml ml
Jarritos Mineragua: 80 ml ml
Coconut water: 30 ml ml

Step 1 of 6
Take a slightly larger (long drink) glass and put in the leaves of 1 mint sprig.
Step 2 of 6
Slice the passion fruit and spoon all the seeds into the glass. Add the lime juice as well.
Step 3 of 6
Take a muddler and mash the passion fruit seeds to release the flavour.

Add some ice cubes and the coconut water.
