Grasshopper
The Grasshopper is the perfect after-dinner cocktail. This sweet cocktail has a nice minty flavour and goes perfectly with a piece of chocolate or a chocolate cake. You really finish this cocktail by garnishing it with a mint leaf and some shaved chocolate.

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Crème de menthe
- 22.5 ml
- Cream
- 22.5 ml
- White chocolate liqueur
- 22.5 ml
Preparation

Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with some ice cubes.

Add the white chocolate liqueur, crème de menthe and cream. Shake well so that the cream thickens a little.

Pour the cocktail through a cocktail strainer into a martini glass.
