Ritz Fizz
This cocktail gets its name from the fact that it was first created at the Ritz-Carlton hotel. With its beautiful blue colour, it is a nice light fizzy cocktail that is not too strong.

- Amaretto
- 12.5 ml
- Blue curaçao
- 12.5 ml
- Lemon juice
- 12.5 ml
- Prosecco
- 100 ml
