Lemon Cheesecake
The Lemon Cheesecake is a nice fresh cocktail that can therefore also be served deliciously after dinner. The fresh taste of lemon and limoncello combined with the vanilla flavour of the Licor 43 makes this a delicious combination.

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Lemon juice
- 30 ml
- Licor 43
- 20 ml
- Limoncello
- 40 ml
- Sugar syrup
- 5 ml
Preparation

Step 1 of 4
Take a cocktail shaker and put some ice cubes in it.

Add the limoncello, licor 43, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake!

Take a martini glass and pour the cocktail into it through a strainer.

Garnish with a slice of lemon.
