This Sunny Day cocktail will make you long for a sunny day with its colour alone! It owes its beautiful blue colour to the Blue Curaçao and Sourz Tropical. It is a slightly sweet cocktail with a little acidity from the lemon juice.

Ingredients

For 2 persons

Blue curaçao: 15 ml ml
Lemon juice: 15 ml ml
Sprite: 100 ml ml
Vodka: 15 ml ml
Sourz Tropical: 30 ml ml

Preparation

Step 1 of 4
Take a cocktail shaker and put some ice cubes in it.
Step 2 of 4
Add the Blue Curaçao, Sourz Tropical, Vodka and lemon juice. Shake!
Step 3 of 4
Take a long drink glass and pour the cocktail into it through a strainer. Top off with the Sprite.
Step 4 of 4
Add some more ice cubes and garnish with a slice of lemon.
