The Blue Hawaiian is a tropical cocktail and actually a bit the blue version of a Piña Colada! You make this cocktail with rum, pineapple juice, Malibu, coconut milk and, of course, Blue Curaçao for its beautiful colour!

Ingredients

For 2 persons

Pineapple juice: 60 ml ml
Blue curaçao: 30 ml ml
Coconut milk: 20 ml ml
Light rum: 30 ml ml
Malibu: 30 ml ml

Preparation

Step 1 of 4
Take a cocktail shaker and put some ice cubes in it.
Step 2 of 4
Add the light rum, Malibu, Blue Curaçao, coconut milk and pineapple juice. Shake!
Step 3 of 4
Take a hurricane glass and pour the cocktail through a strainer into it.
Step 4 of 4
Garnish with a piece of pineapple.
