The Swimmingpool, a delicious summer cocktail that you ideally drink by the pool! Of course, it owes its name to the blue-green colour the cocktail is given by the Blue Curaçao and reminds you of the pool on holiday. A little on the strong side but not too much.

Pineapple juice: 90 ml ml
Blue curaçao: 10 ml ml
Coconut milk: 25 ml ml
Cream: 10 ml ml
Rum: 40 ml ml
Vodka: 25 ml ml

Preparation

Step 1 of 4
Take a cocktail shaker and put some ice cubes in it.

Add all ingredients. Shake!

Take a hurricane glass and pour the cocktail through a strainer into the glass.

Garnish with a piece of pineapple.
