Blue Lagoon
Especially in summer the Blue Lagoon is a popular drink to drink. Could it be because of its beautiful blue colour? The cocktail is a mix of blue curaçao, vodka, sprite and lemon juice and originates from Jamaica. There, it is named after a lake with this distinct blue colour and similar name.

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Blue curaçao
- 15 ml
- Lemon
- 1 pieces
- Sprite
- 90 ml
- Vodka
- 30 ml
Preparation

Grab a hurricane glass.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the glass and also add the vodka and Blue Curaçao. Not using fresh lemon juice? Then count on 25 ml per person.

Fill the glass with crushed ice to slightly below the rim and top with the Sprite.

Stir with a long spoon (bar spoon) and garnish with a slice of lemon.
