Balon 43
You can make many cocktails with the famous Spanish Licor 43. Try this cocktail on a hot summer day. It is both fresh, sweet and sour. And the advantage of this cocktail: you only need 3 ingredients for it!

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Sparkling water
- 100 ml
- Lemon juice
- 25 ml
- Licor 43
- 35 ml
Preparation

Take a wine glass and put a few ice cubes in it.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon (per person) into the glass. Preferably use fresh lemon juice for the best flavour. Using lemon juice from a bottle? Then count on 25 ml per person.

Pour in the Licor 43 and sparkling water.

Stir once and garnish with a slice of lemon.
