Peppernut Martini
Besides endlessly snacking on the pepernoten (a.k.a. peppernuts) that are on the table, of course you also want something delicious to drink with them! So why not make a Martini of them?

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Licor 43
- 30 ml
- Milk
- 30 ml
- Liquid whipped cream
- 1 tbsp
- Speculoos liqueur
- 30 ml
Preparation

Grab a cocktail shaker and put some ice cubes in it.

Pour in the Licor 43, speculoos liqueur, milk and liquid whipped cream. Suggested variation: instead of Licor 43, use another liqueur such as Baileys, Frangelico or amaretto!

Shake!

Take a martini glass and pour the cocktail through a strainer into the glass.

Garnish with a few pepernoten on the side.
