For 2 persons

Sparkling water: 15 ml ml
Ginger: 2 slice slices
Lime juice: 15 ml ml
Malibu: 60 ml ml
Sugar syrup: 15 ml ml
White rum: 40 ml ml
Carrot juice: 80 ml ml

Preparation

Step 1 of 6
Grab a cocktail shaker. Slice and bruise the ginger slices to loosen the flavour. Add them to the cocktail shaker.
Step 2 of 6
Also add the white rum, Malibu, carrot juice, sugar syrup and lime juice.
Step 3 of 6
Add a few ice cubes and shake!
Step 4 of 6
Take a (large) long drink glass and put a few ice cubes in it.
Step 5 of 6
Pour the cocktail through a strainer into the glass.
Step 6 of 6
Top with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with a slice of lime.
