Ingredients

- Lemon sorbet ice cream
- 2 scoop
- Prosecco
- 30 ml
- Rocketshot
- 50 ml
Preparation

Take a mixing bowl and put the scoops of ice cream in it.

Pour in the Rocketshot and prosecco and blend with a hand blender until combined.

Grab a champagne flute and pour the cocktail into it. Serve with a rocket ice cream.
