Vampire
The Vampire cocktail is a lightly effervescent raspberry-flavoured cocktail. It has a particularly beautiful red colour and is dangerous if you drink several of them!

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Champagne
- 45 ml
- Raspberry liqueur
- 22.5 ml
- Vodka
- 45 ml
Preparation

Step 1 of 3
Put the vodka and half the raspberry liqueur in a martini glass.

Top off the glass with champagne

Pour the remaining raspberry liqueur over the back of a spoon so that it floats at the top of the glass.
