Cinnamon stick
0.5 pieces
15 piece
1.5 piece
Cherry beer
495 ml
Brown caster sugar
2 tbsp
Select unit

  1. Step 1 of 8

Grab a (saucepan) and prepare it in advance.

  2. Step 2 of 8

Take the oranges and press the cloves into the peel. Want a little juice to soak into the beer too? Then make small slices in the orange.

  3. Step 3 of 8

Pour the beer into the pan and put on low heat. Note! Do NOT let the beer boil! Firstly, it is a real waste and secondly, it will become bitter from this.

  4. Step 4 of 8

When the beer has warmed up, add the oranges and cinnamon stick.

  5. Step 5 of 8

Then add the caster sugar and stir gently once.

  6. Step 6 of 8

Let it stand for about 20 minutes on low heat with the lid on the pan.

  7. Step 7 of 8

After 20 minutes, taste if it satisfies your taste. If not, add some more sugar.

  8. Step 8 of 8

Are you satisfied? Then grab a glass and pour your Glühbier into this. It doesn't really matter what kind of glass or mug you put it in!
