Christmas cocktails and Herbs and SpicesYes you read it right, Glühbier! Of course we all know the Glühwein, which you can also make yourself very well, but so does this recipe! Note: the ingredients below are for making a pan of about 1 litre!

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Cinnamon stick
- 0.5 pieces
- Cloves
- 15 piece
- Orange
- 1.5 piece
- Cherry beer
- 495 ml
- Brown caster sugar
- 2 tbsp
Preparation

Grab a (saucepan) and prepare it in advance.

Take the oranges and press the cloves into the peel. Want a little juice to soak into the beer too? Then make small slices in the orange.

Pour the beer into the pan and put on low heat. Note! Do NOT let the beer boil! Firstly, it is a real waste and secondly, it will become bitter from this.

When the beer has warmed up, add the oranges and cinnamon stick.

Then add the caster sugar and stir gently once.

Let it stand for about 20 minutes on low heat with the lid on the pan.

After 20 minutes, taste if it satisfies your taste. If not, add some more sugar.

Are you satisfied? Then grab a glass and pour your Glühbier into this. It doesn't really matter what kind of glass or mug you put it in!
