The Espressito is a tasty coffee cocktail with creamy flavour due to the addition of the Baileys. The mint adds a freshness and the little bit of sugar in it balances all the flavours well.
For 2 persons
- Baileys Irish cream
- 50 ml
- 25 ml
- 4 sprig
- 1 tsp
Step 1 of 4
Take a long drink glass and put the sugar and mint leaves in it. Using a muddler, slightly crush the leaves and mix it with the sugar at the same time.
Step 2 of 4
Pour in the Baileys and add was crushed ice. Stir briefly.
Step 3 of 4
Pour in the espresso, add some more crushed ice and stir again.
Step 4 of 4
Add some more crushed ice if necessary. Garnish with a mint leaf.
