Hot 43
Hot 43. The hot in this case does not stand for hot but for hot as in spicy. It gets this spiciness from the red pepper in it. The 43 obviously refers to Licor 43. To counteract the spiciness a little, there is also lime juice in it and we top it off with sparkling water.

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Sparkling water
- 120 ml
- Licor 43
- 45 ml
- Lime juice
- 15 ml
- Red pepper
- 4 slice
Preparation

Step 1 of 4
Grab a gin-tonic glass.

Step 2 of 4
Cut 4 thin slices per person of the red pepper. Put them in the glass and crush them a little.

Add (lots of) ice cubes.

Pour in the Licor 43, lime juice and sparkling water. Stir briefly and enjoy!
