With a multi-course dinner, a spoom really cannot be missing. It is wonderfully refreshing and it neutralises your taste. But it is also very tasty as a dessert! We make this cocktail in a blender.

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Lemon sorbet ice cream
- 1 scoops
- Limoncello
- 30 ml
- Prosecco
- 60 ml
Preparation

Take a blender and put a large glob of ice cream in it.

Pour in the limoncello and prosecco. Blend until smooth.

Grab a champagne flute and pour the cocktail into it. Serve immediately!
