Aperol Spritz
The Aperol Spritz, who doesn't know this popular drink these days! Especially in summer, this cocktail does very well! Besides Aperol, we make this drink with prosecco and sparkling water and garnish it with a slice of orange.

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Aperol
- 60 ml
- Sparkling water
- 1 dashes
- Prosecco
- 90 ml
Preparation

Fill a wine glass with some ice cubes.

Add the Prosecco, Aperol and sparkling water.

Stir briefly with a spoon or straw.

Garnish with half a slice of orange in the glass.
