The Aperol Sour is a tasty sour cocktail made with Aperol. Aperol is an Italian aperitif with a bitter, slightly sweet orange flavour that you often see in the well-known Aperol Spritz cocktail. But it also tastes great in this cocktail!

Aperol: 60 ml ml
Lemon juice: 22.5 ml ml
Sugar syrup: 22.5 ml ml
Eggwhite: 1 piece pieces

Preparation

Step 1 of 4
Take a cocktail shaker and add the Aperol, lemon juice, sugar syrup and the white of 1 egg. Note: do not add ice yet!

Shake! (without ice)
Step 3 of 4
After the first shake, add some ice cubes and shake again.
Step 4 of 4
Take a martini glass and pour the cocktail through a strainer into it. Garnish with an orange zest.
