For 2 persons
- Aperol
- 60 ml
- Lemon juice
- 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup
- 22.5 ml
- Eggwhite
- 1 pieces
Preparation

Step 1 of 4
Take a cocktail shaker and add the Aperol, lemon juice, sugar syrup and the white of 1 egg. Note: do not add ice yet!

Shake! (without ice)

After the first shake, add some ice cubes and shake again.

Take a martini glass and pour the cocktail through a strainer into it. Garnish with an orange zest.
