Beermosa
The mimosa, everyone knows. But the beermosa? Instead of champagne, just make it with beer! Ideal for men who want something different at Easter brunch! In this recipe, we chose the Belgian beer Affligem blond, but also try it with an IPA or a white beer, for example! To make it, we keep 1/3 orange juice and 2/3 beer.

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Orange juice
- 75 ml
- Affligem blond
- 150 ml
Preparation

Step 1 of 3
Take a white wine glass (or a slightly wider beer glass) and pour the orange juice into this. Tip: if you want a head of foam, use orange juice without pulp.

Then pour in the beer, making sure you get some extra foam.

Garnish with a slice of orange.
