Flügel Sgroppino
A variation on the ordinary sgroppino! Very easy to make with just ice and of course Flügel. A pretty pink and festive drink!

Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Lemon sorbet ice cream
- 2 scoop
- Prosecco
- 50 ml
- Flügel
- 20 ml
Preparation

Step 1 of 4
Grab a blender and a bowl or measuring cup in which to mix the cocktail.

Add the ice first, then the Flügel and prosecco.

Mix well with the hand blender.

Step 4 of 4
Take a flûte and pour the cocktail into it. Tip: want it a bit stronger? Then add a splash of vodka while mixing!
