Ingredients
For 2 persons
- Sparkling water
- 100 ml
- Lemon juice
- 20 ml
- Ginger
- 0.5 tsp
- Licor 43
- 35 ml
- Mint leaves
- 5 piece
Preparation

Take a tumbler glass and put a few ice cubes in it.

Add the mint leaves, grated ginger and lemon juice.

Then pour in the licor 43 first, followed by the sparkling water.
